Make Your Site Web 2.0 Friendly
Google's Friend Connect evolves: If you havn't looked at Google Friend Connect yet, you should get over there and check it out. Or, look down at the bottom of this page where you will see a brand new "Social Bar". Cute heh?

Social Bar Example
Social Bar resolves some very important issues for webtreneurs who are looking to add Social Networking to existing sites.
1. It does not take up valuable front page real estate. It can be placed at the top or bottom of your site. (hint: If you use Wordpress with the Admin Panel Plugin you need to put it at the bottom.)
2. It allows readers to connect via 4 social network avenues. Twitter, Google ID, Yahoo ID or Open ID.
3. Any of the Google Gadgets you add to your site are reflected in the Social Bar. Such as: Members, Sign in, Invite and Chat functions.
Please take the time to sign in, leave a comment, invite friends and see how it works.
Happy Socializing
